Vegas Baby!

Shopping can make a girl sleepy!!


We went to Vegas last week for four days! We had a wonderful time! We were joined by Pops, Gran, and our friends Brad and Emily! During the day the guys went to the SEMA car show and the girls did some serious shopping! Addiesyn was so amazing! She was so wonderful on the flights and enjoyed shopping as much as the rest of us! Before our trip she learned to point so that is her new favorite thing to do...and it is super cute!

It's Election Day and Debra is hosting an election party and Addiesyn has the cutest outfit...I just knew ya'll had to see it!! It says, Little Republican on the front and has red and blue ruffles on the booty....the outfit is completed with a John McCain bow! Go McCain and Palin!!

Time Flys...

I am so sorry that is has been soooo long since my last post...I guess I forget that other people read this and that it isn't just for me! I actually had three people go out of their way to tell me it was time for an update! Well here goes there is a lot to tell!!!

We spent some time at the Pumpkin Patch and although the pictures are adorable Addiesyn did not love the large orange things that felt funny! We also took a trip to Baylor to visit Christian(Jordan's brother)

Addie says, "Hi Uncle Christian!"

We had a really nice time seeing where he lives and had a nice dinner. Addie also got to spend a full day with her Buddy Caden, they played so well together, and we celebrated Cousin Brookelin's Birthday(sorry we were late)!

On October 26th Addiesyn stood alone and she thinks that she is pretty amazing! She stands and looks around to make sure people are watching then smiles a huge smile and sits down! SHe is too cute for words!

We also celebrated Mommy and Daddy's Birthdays...it was so fun to get a Happy Birthday Mommy card from Addiesyn! She is already so thoughtful! ;) and simply has a wonderful Daddy!

Addiesyn was a the Cutest Pumpkin in the entire world for Halloween...we went to a Chili Cook Off with Pops and Gran then went Trunk or Treating with Nana and Opa along with all the cousins!

1st TOOTH!!

Addiesyn has a tooth! Well sorta...I have been rubbing those tiny gums everyday for about a month now...I swear she has been teething! Today while I was checking I got a little surprise...it's tiny but it's there for sure! One lil tooth has broke through on the bottom! Her gums are a little swollen but it doesn't seem to bother her(thank goodness)! I've been telling her about all the great foods we get to enjoy because we have teeth, so I am sure she is excited! Addiesyn is just over 9 months old...we had a Well Baby last Thursday, she weighs 17 pounds and is 27 inches long! She is healthy and growing fast...the Doctor is pleased with everything and moved her to a full term baby chart instead of the premi chard and Addie is in the 20th percentile! We are so proud of her, she brings so much joy to our lives and is a true blessing! I don't think life gets any better than this!

Sunday School

Today was the First Service for The Met Church in their new building...and it was Addiesyn's first day to go in the Church Nursery! Jordan and I have only left Addie with her Grandparents or Aunts and Uncles. I was really worried about leaving her but I am starting a Bible Study on Wednesday and I will have to leave her in the nursery then, so Jordan and I thought it would be best(for me) to leave her with Jordan's support for the first time! We took a picture, left her bag and all instructions(for a one hour service) and left Addie in the hands of our "new friend"....I of course started crying and circled the childrens area so I could double check on her before heading into church. Can you guess how this turns out....I worried all through the service for no reason....I rushed to pick her up only to find her playing and enjoying herself! Everyone said she was wonderful and made them laugh constantly! I'm so happy that she had fun at "Baby Sunday School"!

The Zoo!

Today Addiesyn went to the Zoo with both Mommy and Daddy! It was a fabulous family day! Our friends came too...it's always fun to get the kids together! Jason and Ashley brought Caden....Mike and Heather brought Hannah and Kynadie(Addie's BFF)!! We got to see the Elephants...they are Addiesyn's favorite animal! The kids were so funny!! It was a little hot but we had a great time, enjoy the pictures!
